slab pizza

The good folks that brought you Rooster have opened Slab Pizza and it is really, really good. So good that I could not be bothered to take my own picture of the deliciousness that was my pie (mostly because I ate it so fast) so I had to steal this one from their blog. Looks scrumptious doesn't it? It is!

We had the New Mexico green chili, and the Thai Chicken (sans the chicken) both were absolutely delicious and the best part is you don't have to buy the whole pie (but you will want to), you can order by the quarter slice or "slab."
