I thought these photos of Luke's 27th birthday back in balmy wonderful June might warm us all up since it is a frigid 18 degrees here today. Luke requested that I make Veggie Gyros, and they turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I will have to dig up the recipe and post it.

I love your photography. I found your blog from alice lane.I know a lot goes into taking a good picture including good equipment. I have been looking into upgrading my slr and am curious what you use. Camera? lens?

I use a Canon Rebel-but I would highly recommend getting a Canon 5d instead. The rebel has been great but I wish I had invested in something better. Lenses Canon 50mm 1.2, 85mm 1.2, 24-105 4
