Here's where you come in, do you think I should have submitted this at all? Can you tell what either of these images are and if so do they "capture Utah?" Should I have submitted the second image instead? Let's have it, your honest opinions.

Thank you for visiting my piece of the internet: where I offer my gentle musings about my life, gloat about how much I adore my son and husband. Where I can indulge in my passion for food, and where I can unashamedly exhibit my love of photography. Enjoy the time you've spent here and come back again soon!

I love all of your pictures! You have a great eye for all things artistic! I like both of these pictures a lot. I am personally drawn to the second image the most, but both are great. I hope you win :)
Wow, Meikel! That Holga camera has such a sweet effect. And I'm so glad you entered because those are both awesome and what's the worst that could happen?
GREAT stuff! I especially love the second one - very cool feeling to it. Good luck!
i really LOVE both (i've just been learning abt/discovering holgas and those sweet effects)... I don't really have an opinion that counts in matters of photography (and, I am terrible at making decisions) ... but I really like the first one (love those flowers), though maybe -- with the little I know about UT-- i'd associate the second one more to it :)
Hope you are very well, Meikel!
xo
I like the one you chose. Way to be brave by using the Holga- I hope your creativity is rewarded!
i honestly like both.
i lean toward number two because it's more my taste, but number one captures utah a little better i think.
good luck! i love your photography.
