7th Ward Ladies

These ladies and I grew up together in the Oak Hills 7th ward, from sunbeams to laurels! Ashley is always so good to get us together at least once a year. Angie, Amy, Annie you were missed!

Morgan's Birthday

This party was so much fun, as kids birthday parties always are. Filled to the brim with super sugary treats and delectable junk food,  the smart dogs were a wonderfully tasty surprise. Say what you will about vegetarian faux meat cuisine, these were delicious.

Morgan and Wyatt are really the sweetest kids in the world, they are an absolute joy to be around!

Finishing a good book is like saying goodbye to a dear friend. And this one was oh so good.  My friend said it best, this book has so much soul. Go out and get it now, I envy you, I wish I could go back and read it again for the first time!

Moving

Luke's Birthday

I thought these photos of Luke's 27th birthday back in balmy wonderful June might warm us all up since it is a frigid 18 degrees here today.  Luke requested that I make Veggie Gyros, and they turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. I will have to dig up the recipe and post it.
