Thanks to my vegetarianism and my ridiculous ordering habits, the Meikel was born!
The Meikel is their to-die-for Thai Chicken Pizza minus the chicken add pineapple. It's so amazingly good (and truly their entire menu is perfection) I would imagine that it would be equally delicious for you carnivores if you left the meat on!
I am so thrilled to have such a scrumptious pie named after me, after all this is the highest honor for a foodie! This must be what it feels like to have a building named after you. Thanks Slab!
P.S. This is kind of what it is like when I order, but don't worry I tip REALLY well!

i didn't know you were a vegetarian. i am trying to cook vegetarian 3 or 4 times a week and i need some good recipes! let me know if you have any great ones.

meikel you need to stop blogging about this place because i have serious cravings for this joint that i've never even been to. and it is an awful feeling when you are a ten hour car ride away!! seriously looks so delicious - and i love that you have one named after you! they are smart, because anyone who knows your cooking will eat anything with your name on it!
i think i need to come up to go to slab and meet mr hudson!
